OCAS-V - Machine Vision Systems

A proven smart machine vision system for over conveyor 2D dimensional analysis and product tracking. OCAS-V can identify unique features on product surfaces and use them as tracking markers. This smart system can be linked to multiple cameras, for example the OCAS-ILC, pass information down a production line. OCAS-V can be networked and integrated with a PLC.

OCAS-V3D uses a line projector system using narrow angle near infrared (NIR) illumination to aid software to give high accuracy width and height dimensions. The line also assists in detecting 3D features such as material bowing, bulges and cavities. Like OCAS-V, OCAS-V3D incorporates its own processing technology, resulting in a standalone product inspection unit.
